Leading Lactation is partnered with The Lactation Network (TLN) to facilitate additional insurance services, and accepts most plans associated with the providers below.  Click this link below to check coverage and get pre-approved prior to the appointment.

If patients are not pre-approved prior to the scheduled appointment time or intend to pay cash, payment is due at the time of the appointment.  A 3% fee will be added for credit card transactions.  A superbill will be provided for insurance reimbursement for out of network and/or cash customers.
