Scheduling Appointments

Leading Lactation is partnered with MilkNotes, and uses a HIPPA compliant application to securely communicate with patients and providers, store patient information, and book appointments. Please use this HIPPA compliant portal below to schedule a consult, or reach out directly to me through phone or email. 

Upon booking, clients will receive a link to the Leading Lactation portal in MilkNotes to fill out patient intake forms.  Clients can also access care plans, send me a direct message, and access tele-health appointments.  Once a log in is created, return visitors can access through the parent login link in the header or button below.   

Targeted hours for scheduled home visits, both initial and follow up consultations, are between 9am and 12pm and 1pm and 4pm, Monday through Friday.  

Flexibility and availability for evenings and weekend consultations will be accommodated when scheduling allows, and clients will be supported in emergency situations outside of normal business hours.  

Clients should expect prompt responsiveness to short follow up phones calls and text exchanges for one week following appointment.  Assistance requiring additional help will need to schedule a follow up appointment.

Primarily serving the greater north west Houston areas, including Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, Willis, Spring, The Woodlands, Tomball, Navasota, and Huntsville.

Very much willing to travel and virtually assist patients in Sugarland, Katy, Cypress, Humble, Kingwood, College Station, Fulshear or any greater Houston area location.  Virtual visits available throughout all Texas locations.

Consultation times vary depending on the individual and nature of the visit.  New patient consultations target 1.5 - 2 hours.  Follow up visit durations will vary depending on the situation, targeting 1-1.5 hours.
