Covid-19 Information

I received the COVID-19 vaccine and am up to date on all vaccinations including annual flu, MMR, and Tdap.

At the request of the client, I will wear a mask for in-person consultations, please advise prior to the visit. 

I will self screen prior to the visit for any signs of illness, ask clients to do the same, and will agree to reschedule if necessary.
